Thank you for choosing Dual Studio (ABN: 53 620 967 549). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.dualstudio.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it. Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Dual Studio reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.

Return Policy

Dual Studio don’t offer refunds or credits for change of mind. Once you have ordered, your decision is final. If you are unsatisfied with the lifespan or quality of your flowers, please get in touch via email (with photos attached), within 24 hours of delivery.  Flowers are unable to be replaced if done so out of this 24 hour period. If what was delivered doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out with your concerns and we will do as much as we can to arrange a solution where practical. It is the sender's responsibility to make sure Dual Studio is provided with detailed & accurate delivery instructions.  If incorrect delivery information is provided, Dual Studio is under no requirement to send a replacement. Should this happen, please get in contact either via email to see if redelivery can be arranged (will incur a new order charge & a redelivery fee).

Product Availability

All floral products are subject to seasonal quality and availability, so when purchasing from Dual Studio you’re acknowledging that the flowers, colours, shapes & sizes are all subject to change & are not exact depictions of the product images. We reserve the right to substitute all products to ensure the highest quality product is used. Vessels and vases may change due to supplier issues, and we will substitute the selected product with items of greater or equal value, in line with the overall look and aesthetic.

Prices and Payments

The price of each Product on the Website is shown in Australian dollars and is exclusive of GST as we are a small business and not registered. The price of flowers, conditioning and transporting them is not cheap and we take all care and consideration into processing all our orders.
A list of our delivery fees can be seen via our Delivery Info page, and is calculated at checkout (if applicable). Delivery fees need to be confirmed by the customer before completion of orders as outlined during the process of ordering. Prices may change without notice, but any new price will be clearly displayed on the Website. Payment in full is required to secure your order, and before we can send your Products.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your names, event date, contact details, order information and pricing will be treated with complete privacy.
